Kanzi crisps

These healthy crisps from the oven are perfect for a lazy day. Eat them as a snack or use to decorate desserts or cakes...especially delicious with a little cinnamon.

What do you need?
2 Kanzi apples
cinnamon

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 110°C. Line a large baking tray with non-stick baking paper. Slice the Kanzi apples finely, discarding the ends. Put them on the tray. Bake for 4 hours, turning halfway, until dried.
